A dream of mine is to turn The Feed Your Soul Project into a full time endeavor that will not only educate people about food, but teach them about the food industry and allow them to build their own careers. One way I seek to do this is through the use of a food truck in which I can conduct mobile demonstrations. Eventually I would like to turn this as a career path for the people who I educate.
